How does AutoSurfNavigator work?

AutoSurfNavigator is a listing and monitoring site for both autosurfs and manualsurf websites.
Our aim is to help you make money from individual programmes as well as from our profit sharing scheme ASMshares.
Programmes within the Free Listings section have been added by ourselves, the site admin or a site member. Listing is free but does not oblige us to deposit any funds within the programmes. It is essentially a listing of programmes which are not as yet being monitored. You can tell which programmes we have invested in and are being monitored because they show Our Investment and Payout Statistics. All listings start off with the Waiting status. If we do not make a deposit then the Waiting status will remain. Please bear in mind that our investment decisions do not give any guarantees that the sites will pay or be profitable. We do not have a privileged position and can make mistakes! Similarly, just because we have not made a deposit does not mean that the programme is necessarily bad. In this case, please take a good look at voter comments. The best way for a site admin to ensure we make a deposit and monitor payouts is to create a Premium Listing. We will not rely on voter comments to change a site's status apart from overwhelming proof of a scam.
Premium Listings are also free but the programme admin has to pay us a fee which we then redeposit into their autosurf. This guarantees that we monitor that site and will keep the Payout Statistics updated. Any Free Listing in which we are in profit will also be upgraded to a Premium Listing. Please note that we may make additional deposits into Premium autosurf which may in the short term decrease the Payout Ratio to below 1.0.
There is also a folder for Scams. These are programmes where the website is still up and running but far too many people are not being paid. The assumption is that the site remains online in order to attract unwary new members. If a site has totally disappeared with no apparent intention of returning then it will be moved to the Closed section.
I stress again, this site is primarily a managed monitoring site, we offer free listings so that you can see the whole range of programmes out there. A free listing will remain with the Waiting status until we ourselves are paid, even if the programme is paying all its members. You can judge from the votes as to the payment status of a free listing. This will also be reflected in the star ratings as we update them periodically.

How do I decide which autosurf to put money in?

This kind of decision is based on many factors. With the information provided on AutoSurfMonitor you should take a look at a programme's Payout Ratio, Our Investment, the Payout Statistics and the date added. Note that the date shown is when the site was listed and not when the site started online, nor the date of our first deposit. Read the voter comments and ratings. We do try to remove as many fake votes as we can but be aware that there are 'paid voters' out there. However, there are also a majority of genuine votes and solid information. Once you have chosen an autosurf programme most still have free accounts so you can get a feel for the site and how good the surfing actually is. Many are now removing free cash accounts as they are a real drain on finances. This is not in itself a bad thing as it leaves more funds to be distributed to those members who have made a deposit. If you are still happy with your new programme take a close look at their cashout policies. For example, 10% for 15 days might sound great, but if you have to wait 20 days for a payout it is less appealing. Also read carefully compounding terms. The best sites have their compounding rules encoded into their script, but many don't so do not assume you can compound whenever you like just because the button seems to allow you to.
Finally, decide what level of deposit you are comfortable with, and also make sure it is not so low that reaching payout takes more than a month or two. It is also advisable to spread your money across maybe 5 or 6 autosurfs to start off with. You will also get multiple bonus upgrades by joining different programmes rather than putting everything into just one. Now you're ready to start earning!

How do I vote for a programme?

You are allowed one vote per programme per day. To vote, just click on either View Votes or Vote Now. The View Votes button will take you to the most recent votes cast. If the list is very long you will need to scroll to the bottom to cast your own vote. Vote Now takes you directly to the bottom of the list where you can vote immediately. When voting please add a comment as this is helpful to all members. Note, any abusive language or spam will be deleted, so don't complain! Any attempts to cast multiple votes by the same person, whether positive or negative, will be deleted, so again, don't complain! Premium listings are in order of highest payout so voting will not change the programme's position in the list, but is useful to users to compare our experience with that of other members.

What does the Status mean?

Waiting: this is the default status for all new listings. If we do not have any funds deposited in a programme it will remain with a status of Waiting. Read the member votes to see public comments and whether they are paying.
Paying: this obviously means we have invested funds and have received payments in a timely manner.
Problem: this can either mean some delay in payouts or perhaps the site has been offline for a while, with more details given within the programme description.
Not Paying: this means payout has not been received and the delay is now beyond any reasonable timespan. The next step is for the listing to be moved to the Scam folder or, if the problem is resolved, moved back up to Paying.

What is the Payout Ratio?

If we have not deposited any funds into a programme the Payout Ratio will remain at 0.00 and you will not see any figures for Or Investment.
If we have made a deposit you will firstly see the amount deposited as Our Investment. The Payout Ratio will remain at 0.00 until we receive our first payout. You can monitor all deposits and payouts by clicking the Payout Statistics link - this opens in a new window so if you have a popup blocker please disable it temporarily. A Payout Ratio of 1.00 means we have broken even and anything above 1.00 means we are in profit.
As with any investment, please bear in mind that past performance is no guarantee of future earnings.

What are the star ratings?

The stars you see on each listing are changed manually by us and we use the following criteria.
no stars = these are new listings and we usually wait to surf the programme a few days.
1 star = basic contact with admin and website functioning.
2 stars = good contact from admin with timely updates and website functioning smoothly.
3 stars = we have made a deposit in the programme and received at least one payout.
4 stars = we are in profit and the programme is running well.
5 stars = rare, but a programme that is paying and with good longer term prospects.
The above general guidelines can be changed by plus or minus one star depending on voter comments or any short-term problems in a programme.

Does AutoSurfNavigator have any other features?

On many listings you will see a More Information link. This has an expanded review of the autosurf programme including whois details, the server used, details on the programme features, quality of surfing and some strategies to make the most out of the programme. These do take time to write so please be patient as we go through over 200 autosurf programmes!

How can I do a search on the listings?

At the moment, if you are looking for a particular programme first check the Premium listings. If it isn't there then go to the Free listings page. This holds somewhere in the region of 150-200 autosurfs, but it is all on one page so you can use the Search facility of your browser. A search box will be added in the near future.

Can AutoSurfMonitor help me resolve a problem with XYZ autosurf?

We are not the autosurf police and we do not have any special status as members of individual autosurf websites. As our main aim is to make some money for both ourselves and you the user, we tend to concentrate on writing reviews for those websites we feel have a strong chance of success. A good admin who communicates promptly and actually answers queries immediately puts that programme above all the other new sites who cannot even be bothered to write some decent instructions. But remember, most programmes will fail at some point in the future. You must be aware of this and employ a strategy that suits your budget. If a programme sounds too good to be true then it probably is. If you wish to take some of the anxiety out of your investment then consider placing a portion of your funds into our ASMshares. If you feel you have been scammed by a webmaster then their whois details will at least have the domain host and registrar - they may sometimes be able to help. If you are not in profit yet within a programme and have lost some or all of your deposit, some payment processors may reverse the charge, but before embarking on this option be aware that processors are also likely to freeze the admin's account which means nobody will get paid even if the problem was a temporary one. We do keep website information and sometimes have our suspicions that a previous scammer has opened a new site. If we are fortunate enough to make a positive link then we will place that information on our site review. Please also read the voter comments as there are some good and experienced users willing to share information.
On a more positive note, admins do make mistakes just like anybody else. There are some good admins who take negative votes seriously and seek to resolve the problem. For privacy reasons the votes do not show the voter's full email address, so we do allow programme admins the opportunity to post a comment in the voting section if they are seeking to make contact with a member to resolve an issue.

What is your Privacy Policy?

The only information we collect is for the smooth and secure functioning of the website. We collect your email address and IP address when you use the site or vote. We do not, and never will, give out individual information to any third parties unless required to by law. If you subscribe to our newsletter that information is also kept private and if you ever unsubscribe your details are deleted.
